  The service at this place is terrible went to exchange a brand new pair of shoes because the fit was bad ran small. Was greeting at the door by a manager that was very defensive about the exchange. Was quoted policy that was nowhere posted in the store so most likely not true. He had an attitude the moment he saw I was exchanging and not purchasing. They were a brand new pair of shoes only put them on in the house on a rug so damage or dirt. He stated they had reached their returns for the day and if he returned the item it would count against his day. I then asked for his name to call corporate and voice my displeasure he said he didn’t have a name and walked away to the back room. At that point went to the register to get corporate office number was given a 800 Number it’s been 24 hours still haven’t received a call back. I then called another store to get a District Managers name & number first this the next day left message still haven’t received a call back. I do have video of the incident and will be posting it for others will not have this experience. I’ll never shop at Champs Again they are happy when you purchase but any other service after that they try to go to other locations so you will not count against the stores numbers.
